The Corporate Paralegal is an integral part of the legal team, assisting members across the entire organization at its home office in Chicago, IL. This individual will be engaged with corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions support, SEC and NYSE reporting, domestic and international subsidiary maintenance, resolution drafting, intercompany agreements and general paralegal and administrative needs within the legal department of a global, publicly-traded education services company. The Paralegal will, from time to time, support other projects for the broader legal team. The ideal candidate will be experienced, highly organized, motivated, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Vice President, Investor Relations (IR) is responsible for creating a proactive, strategic, best in class investor relations function, developing and executing Adtalem’s global investor relations strategy and serves as the primary point of contact for the global investor community. The incumbent is accountable for creating and presenting a consistently applied and compelling investment message to the investor community on behalf of Adtalem, and for monitoring and presenting to management the opinions of the investor community regarding Adtalem’s performance. The Student Finance Systems Analyst will be responsible for performing specific tasks related to development and/or maintenance of the Student Finance system (ProSAM). They will have a broad understanding of the Student Finance life cycle and how it relates to system design and functionality, as well as how each system interacts with other institutional systems and third party systems.
The Exam Coordinator is primarily responsible for ordering, scheduling and tracking National Board of Medical Examiners® (NBME) exams, processing Foundation of Medicine course grades, processing and grading clinical core and elective clerkship evaluations, and verifying United States Medical Licensing Examination® (USMLE) Board exams via the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates® (ECFMG) site. Advises students on exam policies, eligibility requirements, and provides superior customer service to internal and external customers.
Under general supervision of an Admissions Manager, assists in the management of student enrollment strategies in an assigned territory by following up with interested students via phone/email, interviewing qualified applicants and conducting follow up activities to ensure a smooth matriculation to RUSM.
This entry level position is responsible for daily Registrar Services tasks as assigned by a Specialist III or Team Lead.

BIOS-242 thru BIOS-271: Microbiology with Lab:
This course is the first in a two-course sequence addressing basic foundations of chemistry and microbiology, using an integrated approach. Through total integration and problem-solving approaches, aspects of the two disciplines are emphasized. Topics include basic chemistry, with introduction to organic and biochemistry; microbial classification and genetics; and cellular structure and function.
CHEM-120: Introduction to General, Organic & Biological Chemistry with Lab:
This introduction to general, organic and biological chemistry includes topics such as chemical nomenclature, structures, equations, calculations and solutions. In addition, the chemical structure and function of biological macromolecules are surveyed. Lab exercises relate to topics discussed.
Courses meet once or twice a week, for 2-4 hours per day, courses run in eight week sessions. The face-to-face interaction in lab and classroom is blended with technology (such as online discussions and online assignments) for an enhanced learning environment. Commitment is on a course by course basis.
