The typical course of instruction may include:
Fundamentals of Microbiology with Lab (BIOS-242)
This course covers basic concepts of microbiology, with emphasis on medically important microorganisms and infectious diseases. Also addressed are microscopy, microbial growth and genetics, antimicrobial agents, epidemiology and immune system responses to pathogens. Lab exercises focus on aseptic techniques, isolation and culture of microorganisms, microscopy and staining techniques.
Courses meet once or twice a week, typically for 2-4 hours per day; courses run in eight week sessions. The face-to-face interaction in lab and classroom is blended with technology (such as online discussions and online assignments) for an enhanced learning environment. Commitment is on a course by course basis.

We are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Specialist to help support the execution of online marketing initiatives for Adtalem web properties. As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will support several aspects of customer-facing online platforms for the purposes of serving students and driving enrollment, including the execution of design, content, features and functionality.
Reporting to the CFO, the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer is a highly visible position within Adtalem Global Education and has primary accountability for management of the enterprise-wide accounting and reporting function as well as Adtalem’s disbursement operations. This position will partner with senior leadership to ensure priorities are aligned with organization objectives and financial controls and is responsible for preparation and review of consolidated financial statements, SEC and regulatory reporting, maintaining all accounting records, and designing and implementing financial controls and systems. This leader will be responsible for creating a high performing team in an environment that is engaging and motivating for all colleagues.
