Adtalem Global Education is actively seeking candidates to join our Student Finance Packaging Team in Downers Grove, IL. Under close direction, this position is responsible for determining eligibility for and awarding various types of financial aid. This includes title IV, institutional, and outside aid.
This position will be on the Packaging Team.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Management, the Director of Talent Management will develop talent strategies and innovative talent programs and solutions that will enable a high performing organization by providing robust development opportunities for colleagues, leaders and teams. The incumbent will design and deliver programs related to colleague onboarding, colleague career development and accelerated development for key talent. The re-design of the Adtalem Leadership Center will be a critical area of responsibility and aligned to that is the requirement that the incumbent possess strong experience in digital and contemporary learning delivery methodologies.
As the Senior Programmer Analyst - Enterprise Application Integration, you formulate and define system scope and objectives through research to develop or modify EAI systems. You assist in preparing detailed specifications from which programs will be written. Additionally, you design, code, test, debug, document and maintain enterprise applications.
