As part of our Digital Center of Excellence, the Senior Manager, Digital Transformation will lead key digital transformation initiatives across Adtalem’s portfolio of institutions. These initiatives will span digital functions and lifecycle phases, and focus on new student acquisition, student experience, and persistence.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead cross-functional project teams to improve digital performance in key areas, including CRO, SEO, Paid Media, Social, and Marketing Automation.
    • Identify gaps in current-state MarTech infrastructure and provide recommendations and hands-on support to optimize.
    • Serve as a primary resource in our data ingestion, modeling, and visualization efforts, helping to make Adtalem an “analytics-first” organization.
    • Research, identify, and communicate digital best practices for implementation across the organization.
    • Provide managerial support to dotted-line reports, with a primary goal of raising the overall technical IQ of the team.
    • Complete other projects and duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Accounting, Computer Sciences, Math or related field.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to foster those skills in a broader team
    • Experience managing a team and driving outcomes
    • Strong consultative, organizational and project management skills.
    • Higher education and B2B research and brand positioning and communication experience a plus.
    • Must have strong quantitative and qualitative expertise
    • Knowledge of traditional as well as contemporary/online marketing tactics and strategy and the ability to make data driven, strategic recommendations for improvement.
    • Ability to demonstrate thought leadership around the use of digital media and emerging channels to drive customer acquisition and retention.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, general PC and software skills required.
