  • Opportunity at a Glance

    We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer who will work in an agile team to review and perform quality assurance and functionality testing.

    The successful candidate will be part of a multicultural/multiskilling team that drives the delivery of our product with high quality and compatible with the needs of business team.


    • Review and perform internal testing for all software, ensures compatibility of course software with supported operating systems and proper operation of all features and functionality
    • Review and perform quality assurance and functionality testing software including delivery via the web and mobile course platforms
    • Perform various testing levels including functional, compatibility, regression and multiple test iterations on new or revised courseware
    • Report, track and validate issues in defect tracking tool, including screen captures and details about errors, such as how it was found, a way to replicate it, and possible solutions to the error
    • Collaborate with system support team and software development team to investigate, reproduce and track reported defects and document them in the defect tracking tool
    • Attend and participate in project’s team meetings including daily stand-up meetings, requirement reviews, use case reviews and bug scrub reviews
    • Complete other projects and duties as assigned including writing test cases, using test execution of manual and automated scripts, supporting releases, communicate with software development and product development teams to troubleshoot system and content defects

    • At least 3 years overall experience with executing test scripts manual/automation, writing test plans and designing test cases.
    • Experience operating in an agile team environment is required.
    • Ability to manage time and multiple concurrent projects effectively
    • Ability to participate in requirement and documentation review
    • Ability to learn other software tools on the job
    • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills are required
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Strong English capabilities, both in speaking and writing.
