    In support of the company mission, the Learning Operations Manager is responsible for managing all daily operations of administering mortgage live webinars, Online Instructor Lead (OIL) courses, and live mortgage courses.  Including session scheduling, instructor hiring/training/scheduling, and the delivery of this training in accordance with applicable regulations and through our various technology platforms (OCD, GoToWebinar, etc).


    The employee is expected to adhere to ethics, policies, and practices as established by OnCourse Learning.


    1. Manage and organize the operations of OnCourse Learning mortgage webinars, including equipment set-up, monitoring class registrations, GoToTraining set-up, communication with students and instructors, student course attendance/progression, closing the webinar, certificate of completions, absentee students, and post-webinar management.
    2. Oversee the mortgage OIL and live class instruction groups.
    3. Create processes and procedures to facilitate the efficient, effective, engaging and compliant delivery of all our mortgage session-based courses.
    4. Review NMLS and webinar surveys weekly to find solutions to client concerns and issues.
    5. Manage facilitators’ schedules and performance standards.
    6. Facilitate or monitor a webinar class at least once a week to keep up on the functionality and student interaction of the courses and as a facilitator back-up.
    7. Manage all technical changes to mortgage webinar, OIL and live classes and train staff on all changes as they occur.
    8. Oversee the OnCourse Direct platform for webinar, OIL, and live classes and work with the IT Dept. to resolve issues.
    9. Responsible for setting up GoToWebinar/webcams for each live CE class and training instructors.
    10. Oversee the operations of the “clock system” for each live class, including setting up iPads, training instructors, contact for technology iPad issues, downloading/distributing reports to colleagues.
    11. Work to develop and implement new procedures that will improve efficiency and customer experience or meet requirements handed down by the NMLS.
    12. Other duties as assigned.


    • Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of related experience
    • Ability to work efficiently in a high-demand, team-oriented and fast-paced environment required
    • Excellent problem-solving and management skills required
    • Solid communication and interpersonal skills required
    • Ability to maintain customer confidentiality is must
    • Ability to express ideas in a clear and concise manner
    • Ability to think tactically and identify significant success factors
