    Responsibilities

    As this position supports a wide range of business, systems and process functions, the successful candidate will lead and manage responsibilities as an operations analyst and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least two of the following areas: process improvement and business support. Typical responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Coordinates information system projects with management, business unit end-users, colleagues, service providers, and vendors.
    • Support business units with continual analysis of systems with emphasis on adding value to or streamlining processes.
    • Maintain productive operational relationships with third-party service and systems providers.
    • Act as both a business and a technical subject matter expert for all of our applications (internal or customer facing).
    • Conduct ad-hoc administration tasks over our internal systems and applications (Salesforce) to deliver both customer support and customizations while adhering to change management.
    • Supports our Data Analytics team in delivering data analysis and delivering automated reporting solutions for the business.
    • Lead or serve as a project manager or technical advisor for new product launches.
    • Provides project management and support throughout the organization, including planning, testing, and implementing system enhancements, upgrades, and conversions.
    • Translates business needs into technical requirements while understanding business issues and data challenges of the organization.
    • Remains current on systems availability and releases, identifying opportunities for system enhancements resulting from new product functionality.
    • Ensures business systems adhere to all information security, risk, and compliance policies and standards, and completes vendor due diligence reviews and assessments as assigned.
    • Serves as primary contact for internal audits and regulatory examinations, with responsibility for remediation of related findings.
    • Cultivates productive operational relationships with third-party service and systems providers, including our corporate Information Technology colleagues.

     

    Assumes other duties/responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 5 five years’ experience in similar roles.
    • Proven practical expertise and experience working with Salesforce, including administration, and delivering customizations.
    • Proven practical experience in data analysis, delivering complex reports, KPIs, and analytics using commercially available tools (SQL experience is a plus).
    • Proven project management experience executing process improvements.
    • Analytical, with excellent problem solving skills focused on credit union and/or retail banking systems.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to adjust with changes in business needs.
    • Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve practical problems and/or resolve issues.
    • Possess exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to effective communicate knowledge to all levels of the organization, from less experienced team members to members of executive management.
