  • Opportunity at a Glance

    In support of the company mission, the Market Specialist will carry out sales activities for selected accounts and areas of focus. They will assist in coordinating and executing sales and orders related to the Mortgage pre-licensing and continuing education business. S/he will be responsible for selling products and courses to inbound and pre-qualified outbound leads while continuing to ensure customer satisfaction. We will provide the necessary training to understand our products and course offerings including state requirements for mortgage pre-licensing and continuing education.


    The employee is expected to adhere to ethics policies and practices as established by OnCourse Learning.


    1. Make outbound calls to generate interest in products and services.
    2. Receive calls from individual Mortgage Loan Originators interested in purchasing courses.
    3. Understand the state requirements for Pre-Licensing and Continuing Education purposes.
    4. Use tools and resources available to efficiently and accurately solve problems and answer questions as they relate to login credentials and the use of OnCourse Learning’s multiple websites.
    5. Track customer interactions and sales using Salesforce.
    6. Partner with assigned Sr Sales Rep to assist in supporting their B2B book of business.
    7. Follow up with responses to questions on our products and course offerings.
    8. Assist with other sales department initiatives.
    9. Other duties as assigned.


    • 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer service position preferred.
    • Ability to schedule sales activities and outbound calls.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment required.
    • Strong communication skills for both phone and email conversations.
    • Ability to accurately respond to inquiries and questions.
    • Ability to use Salesforce to track all sales activities and follow ups; Salesforce experience required.
    • Strong computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
    • Goal-driven and customer-focused.
