Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer this position is responsible for building a best in class admissions function and community in partnership with institution/admission leaders. This position provides high-level leadership and supports the development of student admissions and recruitment best practices and performance benchmarks by collaborating with various home office and institutional leaders to drive the achievement of performance expectations. He/she will be an experienced communicator who can develop strong partnerships with client organizations and who possesses a communication cadence that is highly effective for customers. He/she will use metrics to evaluate the performance of the organization, identify gaps and work with a sense of urgency to deliver results. The VP of Enrollment Management will provide leadership in the execution of the business plan, budgeting and process and system improvements to enhance the student’s experience across the enterprise.
