As a key member of the campus operations team, the Facilities Senior Manager ensures service excellence and operational efficiency by ensuring that campus facilities are fit for purpose, supporting the teaching, learning and administrative activities of the University. The post holder must have experience managing large facilities teams in delivering superior service quality in a fast paced environment.
The Facilities Senior Manager will lead all key activities relating to the Facilities Management of the RUSVM campus on St. Kitts including Building Maintenance, Repair and Renovations, Plant and Equipment Maintenance, Transportation, Help Desk, Housekeeping and Groundskeeping. The Senior Manager will oversee the work of Facilities colleagues to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, campus policies and procedures, health & safety and security requirements.
The post-holder will report to the Senior Manager, Projects and Operations. Direct reports will include the Facilities Maintenance Manager, Facilities Repair and Renovations Manager, Facilities Services Manager, and Facilities Project Coordinator. Key internal contacts include Vice President for Operations, Site Development Manager, Director of Student Experience, Director of Human Resources and Academic Heads of Department.
