Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Management, the Director of Talent Management will develop talent strategies and innovative talent programs and solutions that will enable a high performing organization by providing robust development opportunities for colleagues, leaders and teams. The incumbent will design and deliver programs related to colleague onboarding, colleague career development and accelerated development for key talent. The re-design of the Adtalem Leadership Center will be a critical area of responsibility and aligned to that is the requirement that the incumbent possess strong experience in digital and contemporary learning delivery methodologies.
