    The Program Marketing Manager will play a critical role in managing local and national, integrated marketing programs for Chamberlain College of Nursing (CCN) in various major metropolitan markets, the role is based out of Downers Grove


    Reporting to the Marketing Director, Post-Licensure and Graduate programs, you will be an advocate for the customer and act as internal expert on the healthcare industry and competitive landscape. The role will be responsible for managing implementation and execution of marketing strategies for Chamberlain College of Nursing. Working with cross-functional teams the candidate will deliver and measure integrated campaigns in-market.



    • Works with marketing management and CCN leaders to drive inquiry and enrollment goals.
    • Responsible for creating the CCN marketing plan with Marketing Director.
    • Manages the implementation and execution of marketing strategies
    • Manages marketing plan including media and advertising tactics including; paid channels, website, social media, print, and PR, making adjustments according to effectiveness and budgets.
    • Collaborates with Adtalem Digital Center of Excellence (DCOE) on execution of media and advertising plans
    • Contributes to innovation and long term strategy of CCN and programs
    • Measures, analyzes and reports on the effectiveness of marketing activities
    • Partners with admissions, academics and student services to implement marketing plans, events, and sponsorships.
    • Uses secondary information to understand competition and demand drivers in the market.
    • Conducts marketing research on a variety of factors including competition, product demand, student demographics, etc.
    • Works with and provides direction to outside agencies as needed.
    • Completes other duties as assigned.





    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or a related field required.
    • At least five years of marketing experience in a corporate marketing or advertising agency environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
    • Ability to understand, manage and track marketing budgets.
    • Strong ability to analyze and interpret data and develop action plans to optimize based on data
    • Forward thinker who can focus on immediate daily tasks and long-term future plans
    • Demonstrated strong communication skills across all business channels.
    • Demonstrated strong project management skills
    • Strong attention to detail and necessary focus on execution, follow up and measurement.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage up and sideways within a large and diverse matrix organization.
    • Ability to build relationships and work with many different departments and stakeholders
    • Strong professional presence and ability to present to executive leadership
    • Action oriented self-starter with ability to drive results.
    • Knowledge of local media preferred.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Internet applications is required.
    • Ability to travel overnight up to 10% of the time.
    • High level of independent work ability.
