Responsible for providing support to HR Centers of Excellence (COE) in their day-to-day operation of the function. The HR Analyst is part of a centralized HR Shared Services team that completes essential transactional functions of the HR COEs to help them focus on strategy and plan design activities at higher levels. The HR Analyst will work closely with HR COE leaders, as well as HR Shared Services to ensure work is completed timely and is of high quality. The HR Analyst will report to the HR Shared Services function, with dotted line reporting to the COE leader they are supporting.
