  • Opportunity at a Glance

    Responsible for providing support to HR Centers of Excellence (COE) in their day-to-day operation of the function. The HR Analyst is part of a centralized HR Shared Services team that completes essential transactional functions of the HR COEs to help them focus on strategy and plan design activities at higher levels. The HR Analyst will work closely with HR COE leaders, as well as HR Shared Services to ensure work is completed timely and is of high quality. The HR Analyst will report to the HR Shared Services function, with dotted line reporting to the COE leader they are supporting.

    Responsibilities

    • Completes analyst level work in one of the following categories: compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, or HRIS
    • Assists in creating and running ad hoc or regular reports for internal HR customers
    • Coordinates with members of the HR COE to ensure timely completion of daily responsibilities
    • Documents processes and procedures for purposes of identifying process improvements, new colleague training, or cross-training efforts; maintains a knowledge base, as needed
    • May serve as an escalation point for the askHR service center for certain issues or questions
    • Participates in HR surveys or other third party reporting
    • May participate in the administration of certain HR plans and programs, as applicable
    • Participates in audit procedures, testing and controls
    • Completes other duties as assigned

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • At least 2 years of experience in human resources; experience as a generalist or within a specialty function such as compensation, benefits, talent management, employee relations, or related field is strongly preferred.

    Other knowledge and skills required

    • Customer service focus
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and other basic systems
    • Process improvement and documentation mindset
    • HRIS experience or exposure a plus
