    Adtalem Global Education is actively seeking candidates to join our Student Finance Packaging Team in Downers Grove, IL.  Under close direction, this position is responsible for determining eligibility for and awarding various types of financial aid. This includes title IV, institutional, and outside aid.


    This position will be on the Packaging Team.


    • Processing and packaging aid in accordance with Federal Regulations and institutional policy.

    • Analyzing financial aid on students accounts and performing the necessary adjustments to remain compliant with Title IV regulations such as cost of attendance and need limitations.

    • Running and processing daily and weekly production reports required to identify, track, and follow-up on outstanding students.

    • Communicating with other operational teams to ensure timely and efficient processing of accounts.

    • Communicating with other departments such as advising to provide outstanding customer service to our students.

    • Performing data entry including reporting volume of specific processes to management.

    • Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline Packaging Team processes.

    • Other duties as may be assigned.

    • Bachelor's degree or experience in student finance or equivalent experience preferred.
    • Must possess effective customer service skills.
    • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
    • Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
    • Consistent attention to detail and follow-up.
    • Must be a team player.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline oriented environment.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
    • Is proactive in researching new student finance regulations and issues.
    • Well-developed organizational skills.
    • PC skills in Microsoft Office, database and internet applications
    • Excellent math and analytical skills.
