  • Opportunity at a Glance

    Responsible for daily facility readiness and external resource supervision in support of all Adtalem Home Office business operations; provides general administration of the centralized facility services platform. 


    Centralized Facility Services

    • Submit requests to vendor for adds/deletes from work order platform
    • Collaborate with vendor for all work order platform updates, issues, training and processes
    • General administrative support of ATGE Facilities Services responsibilities and reporting

    Home Office Operations

    • Enter work orders into system and assist other home office colleagues with system access
    • Track work orders and their status; close work orders that are completed; keep impacted home office colleagues informed
    • Facilitate move, adds and changes, collaborating with occupancy planning, facility services and IT teams
    • Receive term reports and process associated work orders for content inventory/removal
    • Liaison with building property managers
    • Maintain all appropriate databases/call logs and interact as necessary in support of facility readiness, including but not limited to, departmental contacts, perspective and current vendors, FF&E inventory and special event bookings
    • Maintain current and accurate floor plans, coordinating with occupancy planning team
    • Ensure all vendors who come on-site to perform work and/or deliver product(s) have provided the required Certificate of Insurance
    • Collaborate with the Real Estate Associate Financial Analyst on all home office budget workbooks and maintain appropriate records and reporting for all related agreements, orders and invoices
    • Perform monthly general ledger reconciliations and variance reporting for all home office locations
    • Assist Manager of Facilities Services in development of home office location budgets


    • Support Project Management team when necessary for project workload, schedule and spend reporting
    • Oversee the development and ongoing data management of the Real Estate SharePoint site
    • Complete other duties as assigned in support of the ATGE Real Estate team

    - Bachelor’s degree preferred, equivalent work experience may be considered.

    - 5 years previous experience.

    - Skills should include computer applications (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and internet) and other    office equipment. 

    - Problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously are essential. 

    - Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are required. 

    - Attention to detail and mental concentration are necessary for accurately performing tasks.

    - Ability to supervise team in a fast paced environment.
